Just wondering how many of you guys who applied already have active CCW from other states already?

I have a Utah nonresident CCW. Listed it on the application and brought it with me to the interview. Seemed like that was a positive thing in their eyes.

I have 3 out of state CCW licenses. I listed all 3 on the application where they asked if you have or ever have been issued a CCW. Copies of all 3 licenses were also requested by the deputy who interviewed me. That was the reason my interviewing deputy told me to go ahead with my training since my live scan would come back clean.

Came very late to the show, just submitted the whole shebang about 3 weeks ago; but this sir, is music to my ears! I too have all 3, actually, 4 including one from another country. Light red GC.

I submitted mine to the San Dimas Station on 4/15 check was cashed 4/23 still no call
emailed them got a response from an email on 6/15 stating that my app was received and I will be contacted when my file has been assigned should I send another email or just wait it out ?

I'm going to repeat what my interviewing deputy told me. They don't give a **** if your livescan is done. They don't care for screenshots of the page showing it's completed, etc. They wait until all the info is received from the DOJ/FBI directly.

While this is generally correct, it was made very clear by the deputy that the DOJ report often makes it to incorrect divisions within LASD and causes delays. Providing the ATI number was recommended (by said deputy) so they can track it down and ensure your LiveScan makes it to your presentation packet. A screenshot as tangible evidence as to why you're reaching out (which they surely won't keep or file) shouldn't hurt, but it certainly doesn't fast track anything.

Definitely send this to your interviewing deputy, not necessarily the CCW unit.

Guys just a quick info. I do not know about California but all my CCW from other states usually takes 120 days to complete. Just imagine if a deputy would take 5 minutes to look for your file and email you its progress just 10 inquiries would take 50 min (almost an hour) of the deputy time just answering email, you are just effectively slowing everybody's process doing this. As of all government issue permits, it takes time and patience is a virtue when it comes to this so

That's not true. The wife got her AZ CCW in about 21 days.

You're 100 days off but that's ok.
