Roger that. I think my friend is your friend too. Great guy and I understand he did just get approved with LASD. I plan to use him for training if I get approved.

      my process

      live scan update.

I took my live scan the same day as my interview.. I asked the live scan agent if I need to do anything she said no. It's already been sent. If I remember correctly my interview detective told me to only contact them if my live scan was fully completed and i did not hear back from them.. Only then i should contact them incase they misplaced my file.. Apparently it has happened. So I wait, and wait.. I've also added 3 firearms to my list, but I think I"ll add one more... my Czp07

Retired LEO had no problems getting ccw even before the change in policy.

Just want to know if the firearm is in a backpack inside a locked container, empty chamber, no loaded mag in the magwell. Still considered concealed?

What did you guys choose for your 3 ccw guns? Mine is Glock 19, 26, and CZ P-01. Also can standard cap mags be carried? Freedom week

If the firearm is immediately accessible, then it is concealed.

What has happened? It looks like your firearms section is still pending. That is normal given it’s only been a week. I think people are reporting 2 weeks for it to clear now. You have to wait until the firearms part says complete as well, only then do they send the results to LASD.

Also you do you know you would need to remove 1 of your 3 firearms to add 1 more right?

I think maybe my post was confusing. My friend is now a certified LASD CCW trainer. So those interested in getting their training cert with him, PM me and I will forward his information.

I wish today's liberals could understand: You cannot be generous by giving away other peoples' money and you cannot demonstrate your virtue by your willingness to give up other peoples' rights.

The more time I spend on this forum, the more sense kcbrown makes.

Since most of us are waiting around, let's see some of your EDC rigs.

                              Thinking of going with this...
