Paladin, thank you. I'm trying to PM you, but I'm getting this error:

"Paladin has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

I used being an off roader as my main focus. While miles away from easily accessible public assistance, i often help do off road recoveries to strangers whether i go out to find them as a volunteer or i happen to come across them. I mentioned providing aid to people in need whether medically or physically with vehicle recovery. I provided information about being an Eagle Scout and therefore i love going to the outdoors (which i truthfully am monthly, never used the words camping).

Work related is government and military contracts. With the information i have access to and bringing work with me home, the deputy told me this is what they wanted to focus on.

Is it possible for a CCW to be issued only for the use of work? If so, i'd be pretty pissed if they went this route lol.

No. Work is your good cause, but this is still the standard CCW permit as per state regulations. A work specific CCW permit (which this isn't) is another animal all together.

The deputy mentioned "Your good cause isn't bad, but it's not enough"... They were very friendly however and added more to my work. Asked me to bring more documents and letters from my job and seemed to help coach me. I was shocked that my recreational wasn't "Enough" considering i've seen others just use hiking as a reason lol.

Would it be wise to bring my good cause information again with perhaps updated information? Or is it better to just add on and discuss with the deputy during my interview?

You don't really get a second chance at the interview...

I brought a briefcase full of documentation as if I was the attorney for Jeffery Epstein's. Color coded Manilla folders. Photo copies of everything. Pictures of family. Bottle of Jack.

lmao Awesome! I will be bringing all that i can. I just hope what i bring from work is enough. Since we do have sensitive contracts, i can't really provide too much information. I have a letter explaining my position and the military/gov contracts including my paystubs proving my employment including any FAA documents showing my authorization to work in the industry. I can only really explain the work i do and not exact details.
