Unable to deliver guns

The owner of the shop told me he was +20 still pending so our four ppt (friends and I) won’t be ready this week.

Gun shop in Sac wont even talk on the phone, must wait for call. Wouldn't even check status, was told to wait 12 days at purchase, now told to wait at least 18, and even then to not call.

I mean... I understand the situation... But really?

Does your dealer release on undetermined?

I have a COE. I wonder if that helped to keep them from 28 days? in reality I am in the system with a Livescan they should be able to find out instantaneously if I am eligible, but Becerra I think has put gun purchases in the lowest priority in his office. My Coe was not entered into the DROS but it is connected to my CDL so they should know I have one.
