It's clear people from CA DOJ have been reading Calguns and listening to all the talk by folks here, giving them ideas on how to restrict us as much as possible. Good work, Calguns!

The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)Comment

Is'nt military identification number your social security number?
Why would they need that?
All this info sounds like they are going to run background checks on every owner that registers.
If they deny your AW registration, I bet they will give you or your house a visit to "compliance check" your firearm.sigpicComment

Number 1- I don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
Number 2- This reg does not conform to 30900(b)(1) and 30680 statutory language.
Number 3- I don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

As an aside- when the topic of switching to a standard mag release came up in July, I was one of the first to state that I could not imagine DOJ permitting us to go from BB to mag release. And there were those who said. 'An AW is an AW, you can't make it 'assaultier'. Moreover, there were those who stated that we should not even have to register first and make the switch because the new law did not differentiate between BB and mag release.

Also, all the home-builds, no matter that they might have a BATF-acceptable engraved identification, must get an ID from CA-DOJ.ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!Comment
