It's clear people from CA DOJ have been reading Calguns and listening to all the talk by folks here, giving them ideas on how to restrict us as much as possible. Good work, Calguns!

You have six different uppers and three completed lowers.

Register multiple times in every possible permutation (18)?

They'll go by the S/N so 3 max
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

If a firearm is featureless, then I can use a regular mag release, correct?
Yes. They even say that directly.

WOW, it just get's better and better:

Once a CFARS account has been created registrants must provide the following information:
{a) The registrant's full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, sex, height, weight, eye color, hair color, military identification number (if applicable), California Driver License number or California Identification Card number U.S. citizenship status, place of birth, country of citizenship and alien registration number or I-94 if applicable.

              b) A description of the firearm that identifies it uniquely, including but not limited to:

firearm type, make, model, caliber, firearm color, barrel length, serial number, all identification marks, firearm country of origin/manufacturer the date the firearm was acquired, the name and address of the individual from whom or business from which the firearm was acquired.
              (c) Clear digital photos of firearms listed on the application. One photo shall depict the bullet-button style magazine release installed on the firearm. One photo shall depict the firearm from the end of the barrel to the end of the stock if it is a long-gun or the point furthest from the end of the barrel if it is a pistol. The other two photos shall show the left side of the receiver/frame and right side of the receiver/frame. These locations are typically where firearms are marked when manufacturing is complete. At the discretion of the Department the last two photos shall be substituted for photos of identification markings at some other locations on the firearm.

It's "file and print," OAL is not reviewing the regulations, they're effective 1/1/17.

Sure, they can maybe monkey with the regulations, but they can't rewrite the law as signed by Brown. Right now they are just making stuff up to suit their own ends and it won't stand.

Is'nt military identification number your social security number?

                      Why would they need that?

All this info sounds like they are going to run background checks on every owner that registers.

If they deny your AW registration, I bet they will give you or your house a visit to "compliance check" your firearm.

As an aside- when the topic of switching to a standard mag release came up in July, I was one of the first to state that I could not imagine DOJ permitting us to go from BB to mag release. And there were those who said. 'An AW is an AW, you can't make it 'assaultier'. Moreover, there were those who stated that we should not even have to register first and make the switch because the new law did not differentiate between BB and mag release.
Well the point is that everyone speculated a bit too much. Looks like featureless is the way to go I will register 0 guns.

Won't stand where? In the 9th? In the SCOTUS?

You got 10 years to care?

Also, all the home-builds, no matter that they might have a BATF-acceptable engraved identification, must get an ID from CA-DOJ.

Underground regulations have bitten them in the backside before, it doesn't need SCOTUS.
