Recommend me a case lube!

I have Dillon case lube, but will be trying some of these other recommendations.

I don't know if I got a bad batch or something, but I have found the DCL to be very inconsistent. Sometimes the cases will dry and feel slicker than snot, and other times, there they feel like there is NOTHING on them. Doesn't matter how much I shake it or how long I wait, the lube/no lube feel seems to be completely random...

I have heard that PAM works well also.

Shoot, if you get the Butter flavored version you could use Popcorn in the tumbler to remove the PAM and have a snack ready when the Brass is done.

Does anyone know where one can buy pure Lanolin in the east bay (SF)? I had a real hard time finding 99% alcohol (Safeway in Antioch).

Lanolin is used with alcohol mixed at 110 F temp 2/98 % ratio for brass lubricant in ammunition reloading process.

Yeah, that question has been answered. Where can you buy it in a local brick and mortar store. I can find it on line but can't find it in any stores.

Sprouts grocery store carries the Lanolin. Whole Foods probably does too.

Whole Foods has it. You may have to order it from them, I did, it comes in a 4 oz. bottle. It's liquid (the best to use) and it's under the "Home Health" label. It will run you about $10.00.

Be sure to get 99% alcohol. If you use anything less, it will not mix well and will separate.

Wow, just wow at the 50/1 ratio. Here we have been told it is 4 or 5 to one. One has to wonder if the 110 deg temp has a bonding quality for the alcohol/lanolin mixture.

At that mixture rate one would be foolish to not use it.

You would be surprised how much evaporation occurs while you're scrolling through a phone menu looking for the camera app.

Dillon Case Lubricant.. by far the best I have ever used. Just follow directions.
