Last year I sent this seller over $900 for a stock. I had ZERO issues other than waiting a couple days. I wouldn't have a problem buying anything from Jaefern again.

Well... As George W. so eloquently put it, "Fool me once... Shame on... Shame on you... Fool me can't get fooled again." I texted him once yesterday asking him if he had had any luck yesterday getting a hold of the BiL. He texted me back immediately stating he's "going to his house after work." That was around 4:30 pm. Didn't hear anything from him the rest of the night and so I pinged him this morning... No response thus far. Apparently the BiL works for Fed-Ex... Again, if he had texted me last night saying, "hey bro, I just swung by my Bro in law's place, all the lights are off and I don't know the Bro is" I'd be like, ok, at least he's letting me know what the issue is. I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt... Perhaps it's beyond that point?

Beyond that point. Demand a refund immediately. There is no reason why he shouldn't issue it. If you don't get it the same day, he's not going to refund you and ripped you off. Proceed accordingly.

Bill, I am fully sympathetic to your situation but I'm going to be honest, your lower is gone and sold to someone else. Seller made a big mistake by listing it for $500. Once he realized he was underselling by about $700, he pretended his BIL took it and now it's out of his hands and he's got $1200 of someone else's money plus your $500. Take the refund offer, if he doesn't send one to you, collect all the evidence you can of the transaction and proceed as you see fit (small claims, police report).

I think it's neg rating time.... If not maybe a ban due to this being an outright thieft, but that's a bit much for an active seller. One mistake is acceptable I guess...


I think we have all seen enough to agree. Seller is not 100% with this one.

Dude....it's time to get a refund and move on. Stop being greedy and as the old saying goes....if it is too good to be true, it is. You will be damn lucky to get your money back from the guy as you paid him via PayPal as GIFT. Good luck with all that legal threatening you've spilled on Calguns....haha!!!
