Well, I would take some comfort in that jaefern is a long time established member with over 60 itrader feedback. Thats good for something....chances are it'll be fine...but having to wait does suck when you're buying.

Maybe something crazy and time consuming is happening at home for the seller and just has priorities.

Not saying this is good business practice but people selling stuff here isn't their only task for the day/week/month.

When i sell something i make sure to send it out ASAP and make sure the buyer is happy. something the seller isn't doing this time around.

hope it works out and the seller just goofed this time.

Meh, **** happens. I know it sucks waiting and the lack of communication is worrying but he's been a member since 2006 with 62 itrades. I'd be willing to bet that there are personal issues with the seller involved and he's just as frustrated as you are. Guys like this don't mysteriously become flakes overnight. I wouldn't worry.

I don't care if he has so much itrader ratings, if somebody has sent you money you are obliged to be in constant communication with the buyer until item is received and saisfaction has been met.

Well if you used PayPal especially as a gift you are probably SOL. I had a similar issue recently outside of CGN. I was afraid my $1000 went poof but guy has a long established track record. My main concern was he died or had a serious accident.

Would have been a problem getting the family to give me my money back. Luckily he resurfaced. Guy is old and does not have a cell phone.

It's not like he had to wait to cash a check. PayPal takes 1-3 to put the money in his account, and give the seller a week to ship. That's 10 days. Hoping you hear something back soon!
