OK, yeah, if that's the case I can understand

Ok so here it is for all of you who care.
Bill paid for the upper. I notified him that I might not be able to send it out until Sat due to work restrictions. He agreed to that. My wife went to visit her brother who lives 1.5 hours away. Since he worked for FedEx, I asked him to ship it. Said he would give me a tracking number once he shipped it. Following week, nothing. I made multiple attempts to call but nothing. Made 2 trips to the apartment but no one was home. Offered the buyer his money back but he refused and said he wanted his upper. I tried to make things right so I made 2 more trips to his place, the final trip being Tuesday night. I waited 3 hours Tuesday night in front of his place after leaving work at 730 pm, and had to be at work 5am the next morning. Buyer finally accepted refund plus extra. So here's the current status.
Buyer has money back plus extra.
        I don't have the upper.
My wife is upset with me because I accused her brother of cheating me on my gun part and money I gave him for shipping.
Brother in law is still missing. Both my wife and her mom haven't been able to reach him.
I honestly don't care if you guys believe me. Look at my history and talk to anyone who's dealt with me. I always do my best to make things right. I will admit I should have shipped it myself, and my communication should have been better. But you guys try working 14-16 hours a day, and manage a 12 year old who's in travel softball and a brand new 4 month old baby while trying to get in contact with someone 1.5 hours away while your wife is pissed off at you for accusing her missing brother of stealing your gun part. I'm freaking tired and stressed. So if you guys want to judge me and make assumptions about me go ahead. At this point I just don't care anymore. I've got my priorities. I offered a refund earlier in this situation but the buyer wanted the upper so I freaking went way out of my way to do it for him. I could've just said screw it and sent him the refund anyways. Take that into consideration.

He's my bro in law because he's my wife's brother. And she did try contacting him. As did her mom.

Good, wrap it up. Lock it down. Personal business between two grown men but other men love to watch it go down like a soap opera. ghey.

This whole post went from a valid issue to a sixteen year old girls Facebook life story. Sucks all around.
