Seeing how the state drags its feet when its our rights that are stayed it will be great for him to take three months then return with "Nope".

Because that was my experience, you stop posting. And at this time they are out of 10 pak Magpul. And I'm at a Rest Stop near Los Banos, sending these text while the auto pilot is on.

It would be much more effective for him to slam Becerra/Basura & Co. hard right away and say, "Feck off with your BS or I'll do more damage to your unconstitutional nonsense."

The ninth circus will likely end the mag buying party. At a minimum until they make a ruling so him keeping that party going is a bigger thumb in the eye. Let's see a few million SCMs or even drums ship legally into California and watch Newsome and the Giffords layers go on an apology tour for allowing this to happen.

Those laws and their enforceability are unchanged by this ruling. Different laws, different parties. Even if someone sued to invalidate one of those laws, and came in waving this order, it would only be persuasive, not precedential, law.

Yes and no. In strict terms, the judge only enjoined enforcement of 32310. He did not enjoin local ordinances. So... local ordinances are still in play. If you were tried for violating the local ordinance, I would imagine your defense would use this ruling as a reason why the local ordinances are unenforceable. Of course, your trial would likely be postponed due to an appeal to the 9CA, and if the 9Ca overturns the ruling, you're back in trouble.

If there's a local ordinance, you'd best wait.

                    .

Here is a link for Law of Self Defense. Andrew Branca is an attorney specializing in "use-of-force-law" rather than "gun law." His written blog also includes a 30-minute video commentary and breakdown of the Duncan case. It is as follows:

I believe that the blog is available going forward. However, I believe the video included is only available for the first 24 hours and is then behind a Patreon (or similar) wall.

                    Good insight.

I personally like the argument about the "Strong likelihood of prevailing" being made to the Judge that just wrote his 85 page opinion about why he is wrong.

I could not find the actual appeal.

Every single pinned mag was drilled out over this weekend.
Acquiring and manufacturing these mags was 100% legal.
Every single magazine manufactured in the last 20 years just became california legal.
