Trump has placed a great many Judges on the 9th Circuit Court recently.

This. They have about a 50-50 chance of overturning this in the 9th.

I'm amazed they're taking that chance, because if they lose, Hawaii's mag ban is also tossed out and a circuit split is created, making this ripe for a SCOTUS decision which would also be 5-4 in our favor (or 6-3 if RBG "retires"). The odds and outcomes for them are all worse the longer they fight this.

That goes hand and hand with the need to convince the court that the state is likely to prevail on the merits.

I don't think Michel & Associates do April fool's jokes like that.
Imagine how hilarious it would be if they did though.

The receiving party may be in violation of 31320. I suspect any stay the judge grants might be issued with instructions to limit the probability of someone being put in that position... I.e, announce that a stay will be enacted in 5 days to allow for any packages to finish their route?

How do those four states differ from the other 45? There must be SOME legal argument for that. What is it?

You might also note that SCOTUS will have the final say when it neuters those appellant courts.

Nothing. You received your purchase which becomes your private property to do with as you see fit.

That is what makes me cautious about placing any order for LCMs. There is the uncertainty of the timing of any potential stay, order processing and transit times.

That works in our favor, not against 🙂

go to your LGS that sells standard capacity mags and grab a few. Mags that were law enforcement only are on sale to everyone. unfortunately most shops are closed on sunday and monday. and the open ones probably sold out to the early birds.
