Congrats on the win, but now it will head to the 9th Circus where it will be overturned. Hopefully the ruling at the 9th Circus will be stayed pending appeal to SCotUS. So frustrating.

Thank you NRA, CRPA and especially Judge Benitez for standing up as a constitutionalist and reading Heller as it was intended. The 9th Circuit better be very careful how they treat this with the current make up of SCOTUS and the possibility of a Trump re-election.

If I read this correctly, the whole of the 32310 is unconstitutional. I'm sure the state will ask for a (reverse?) injunction while they appeal to the 9th circus.
The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.

So purchasing and owning hi caps in CA is now legal?

It would seem that there will be a flow of folks from CA headed to states that border CA to purchase large capacity magazines until the ruling is stayed.
I have work in Oregon next weekend too.

I believe they declined to hear the CA-DoJ appeal of the preliminary injunction, not the ruling, which just issued.

Doe this mean I shouldn't have turned in all of my standard capacity magazines to the PD last year?

Complete win means the case is complete unless this is hyperbol.

Give me a rundown - what can and can we not do legally with this ruling in place? I'm hearing conflicting things.

                            1. Can we now legally purchase standard capacity magazines from out of state?
                            2. Or is the ruling only pertaining to legally-possessed standard capacity magazines prior to the recent magazine ban which the Federal injunction applied to?
                            3. What can we do with our legally-blocked 10 round magazines?

                              Thanks Gavin!

Seriously though, what does this mean in practice? Can we buy until/unless an injunction is issued by the 9th?
