So any of you guys gonna keep your sights or what?

I have a few different brands of sights (eotech, aimpoint, etc). I do like the eotech reticle, fun sight to shoot with, especially cqb stuff. So Im on the fence.

I'm sending mine back(process started anyways). I bought it in 09 and I don't use it often enough to ensure it's sighted properly(if it's going to randomly re-adjust itself) when I reach for it...it's on my HD rifle which almost never leaves the safe. I don't want to risk it, I'll just buy something else.

I just sent mine out. Will let everyone know how the refund goes.

Kinda good timing - picked up a H1 micro during BF for 400!

do you need to provide a copy of the receipt to get a refund?

              Not that I know of.

I've had mine for a year now , got a Aim point PRO at the same time , I tried both and lean toward the PRO , although the EO is faster I like the battery life so much better on the PRO , guess I'll send mine back and get another PRO , I have had no trouble with my EO XPS2-2 and it sets on a 22lr anyway...might as well stick with the same kind/brand just to make life simple....

I sent mine out two weeks ago. Haven't heard anything yet but I'm in no rush.

I was asked to provide SN, date of manufacture, receipt, and place of purchase. I didn't have the receipt but they accepted my refund request.

Tagged. sent in my request with pertinent information and got an email reply back that it was accepted. Hate letting it go, but don't want to encounter issues down the road or have a lack of confidence in my optic.

I have a aimpoint Comp M4S that I turned on over a year ago and never turned off. Still on to this day and still just as bright. If you're getting too much reflection or refraction on the inside cylinder, change your eye relief. Move the scope forward or backwards a few sections on your rail.

It'll run for 8 years at half brightness on a single AA battery.

This guy tested his Eotech 512 in extreme temperature changes including freezing it, and his POI did not shift at all.

Last I checked all of California generally sits in between the temps of -40F and 122F. Maybe I am reading this wrong but I don't think so.

Depending on where you are at if it is cold enough your POI will be stable

I am keeping mine. I haven't had any issues yet and from what I know about problematic machines, not every single one will have the issue. It will be a percentage (whether large or small) and not every single one
