I probably won't buy anything except Mini-mags online or GB's from Walmart if they come up. Cabelas will sell you 100 mini-mag solids right now - might as well add them if you are buying something else.

Just found 100rnd CCI mini mags (rn and hp) in the NorCal Bay Area for $8.97+ tax. No limits either. I almost crapped myself.

I think things will continue to get better for a while! Makes me want to laugh at the flippers wanting $18 per hundred in the classifieds.

GB in 795

How do those GB's run on the marlin 795? I've been shooting mini-mags with no problem and I have 2 boxes of GB's just been skeptical on how they would shoot with the marlin

almost through an entire Bucket o bullets. Had a couple of failure to extract but after i cleaned the feed ramp ( was way overdue ) had no issues at all. Put over 500 through it at the range last weekend

Stopped by the Bass Pro in San Jose today. Picked up some CCI mini 40gr and a 300 pack of mini mags 36gr. They had a 1 box limit on the bulk stuff, but had plenty of the 100 packs, 17 HMR and .22 shorts too.

The bulk were $29.99 and the 100's were $12.99, if I remember correctly. They also had Federal 325's for $19.99.
