I haven't seen any .22 at my 5 local Walmarts for two years.

I saw a bunch of 500rd bricks of Thunderturds at Sportsman's Warehouse on the shelf last weekend on a Saturday. They were $34, which is almost 50% more than they sold them for last year. So that's how you keep them on the shelf - raise the price to a level beyond what most will pay.

I am pretty well stocked, but I keep an eye out for good deals.

Let them sit on their overpriced ammo ...

Will the new Dick's Sporting Goods in Cerritos sell ammo? There's a Big Five fairly close by that does.

I was just thinking the same thing to the other day. Im kind of thinking they might not since its connected to the mall. Im hoping that there will be some there for a good price.

                    I just stopped shooting .22.

Instead I bought a pcp air rifle.

Riflegear in Fountain Valley has Federal 525 boxes for $27.99 . More than 10 as of now. I don't need any more. Limit was 3 boxes last time I was in.

                      Good luck.

I personally haven't seen any for over 30 days, unless way over priced.

Same here, I save the stash for my wife. Low cost commie 7.62x39 is my new .22LR.

CCI-SV comes in spurts. It is what works for me in competition, S-K Standard+ is my second choice(more expensive and not as good(dirty) in my gun though.
Dicks used to have it on sale for $36/brick, now it's $44/brick at the local True Value if an when they have it. That's still a fair price IMHO.
I still have two bricks of Federal HPs for hunting with rifle. Of course now lead for hunting is verboten in much of the State

Plenty of Aguila at the Sportsman's Warehouse in Fresno the last time I was there.

I noticed this deal on Slick Guns:

I don't need it, but I tried putting a few bricks in my cart to see if there was a limit and what the shipping would be. It allowed me to put 9 bricks in, and the shipping came to around $35, or $3.90 per brick and no tax. Seemed like an OK deal. Shipping on 2 bricks came to $12 or so, so it goes down with volume.
