I collect Military Arms and enjoy shooting in local matches. I also collect older Lever Actions, especially those chambered in odd/old cartridges. If you have a nice old Winchester or Marlin in 25-20, 32-40, 38-55, 40-60, 45-70, etc etc, please PM me and we can work out a deal.

Model 77 S/N 156076 was made early 1961, with 24,130 made that year. Tube feed or clip?

                Thank you!

The Model 77 is clip-fed. Just shot a few rounds through it, and it jammed quite a bit. Will need to take apart, check and clean. But it seems to shoot fairly straight. For the price, I'm happy. :-)

The Model 70, though it's showing some wear, is still a gem!

                Thanks again!

Hey all, I purchased a LN 94 with a cross bolt safety. I'm guessing it was made around 2006. I've looked all over the web for links to find out exactly when it was made but the site I have seen only go to the late 90's

                    Serial # is 6470062

                    Thanks for any info

Fish, I can't find anything definite, but from what little I've found, I'd say about 2004?

Made in early 1956, with 55,500 made that year. The "pw" is actually WP with the W superimposed over the P. It stands for "Winchester Proof".

                                Winchester 1892 carbine, serial# 949286

Bert's site says 1921 - 1928...... can you narrow that down a bit?
