I dont want to sound like a dick but thats a m16a3 clone, the a4's have the quad rail and ACOG on top. But never the less there is something about that style thats just down right sexy. Im going to ditch all my tacticool gear and just go for something like that.

Except that doesn't look like a slab-side lower. But the uppers right and that's what matters.

The M16A1 lower wasn't slab slided. Your either thinking of the earlier Colt models. The M16A1 lower was the first to utilize a full mag release fence.
