That far back it wouldn't be set up right for the ranges marked on the sight, but he probably doesn't care.

It's a grenade or in my case a flare launcher ladder sight.

LOL! That's exactly how I got it when I traded (CalGuns) my Kimber 1911 SS Gold Match II for it. I have since taken off the 37mm flare launcher and sight and sold them. I bought and installed a GPS02 Grip Pod (black) and LOVE it.

Whats even funnier is that the rear sight is on backwards too, again that's exactly how I got it and nobody here has noticed that. I didn't even notice until I got back from the range and was cleaning my rifle after shooting it lol.

Remodeled my AR-15 after I had Drawn at ArmoryAirbrush duracoat my upper and lower receiver. I need a red dot now. I sold my 511 because I have an astigmatism and was getting some starburst. But looking back I was getting so little that I may just buy another Eotech. But I am going to find an Aimpoint to look down first.

that would have been an awesome shot if the wasp was in focus.

                  out at the concord range

Here's my first build, with the latest addition of a long scope....I got bullseye hits at 100 yards with three shot groups about the size of silver dollar. I normally have a red dot sight with a back up/folding rear iron site that i use and I am able to shoot just as well, but don't see it while it's happening given there's no magnification. It has a S&W M&P15 lower, FN upper, Wilson barrel, and I was shooting Wolf rounds. Next time, I'll spend a little more on the ammo, work on technique/breathing/trigger pull/etc, and hope to get tighter groups. It's an awesome rifle and lots of fun to shoot!

My buddy and I recently went shooting and he shot corrosive yugo ammo through his Mosin and figured he could just piss in the barrel and call it a day. Several days later the bolt was rusted shut but I guess the fouling wasnt TOO bad.
