Yes PPQ much better than the VP9. The 5 people in this thread can't be wrong.

Not a surprising hope from someone who has bought multiples.

there's a reason the VP9 has sat in my safe for 1+ month since I brought it home. I highly doubt it'll blow me away after I shoot it.
As this point I might trade the VP9 for a another PPQ or for a Browning Hi Power. I've always wanted a Hi-Power. To me the PPQ and M&P 9 with Apex are better shooting guns compared to the VP9.

You can respect other peoples' opinions without calling them crazy and laughing. I hope.

I'm a CZ fan at heart and never really got into polymer striker pistols. I've handled XD's, Glocks, and M&P's, none really got me wanting to get one. Until I held the VP9 and dry fired it. The VP9 felt really nice in my palm and trigger was very crisp, even my girlfriend liked it as well.

                  No, he just has issues.

I shoot the VP9 on a regular basis for the past two months along with the PPQ and enjoy shooting both. VP9 feels good in the hand and is a sweet accurate shooter for
me. All guns have their pros and cons but when I am shooting well I never notice things such as differences in trigger, weight of the gun, recoil differences. All I concentrate on is putting that front sight on target and a good trigger pull. Usually able to shoot out the center of target with a few 10 round mags with whatever gun I'm shooting including the VP9. For me it is definitely a keeper and worth the money and a joy to shoot. So what hype is there to talk about?

                      Jeez.

I like the Camry more than the Accord.

Well you see I like the fit and finish of the accord more and but I feel the Camry has more perceived horsepower...

Any PPQ or VP9 shooters that have shot a Glock with trigger work such as (but not limited to):

Ghost connector or Factory 3.5 disconnect, etc.
Or add in Glockworxx, other aftermarket comp trigger

How do these newer designs fare to the standard Glock with upgraded triggers?

                          Smoother? More/less creep, reset?

Not sure if to tune a GLock or go for one of the newer options.
Any input helps. Not to thread jack. Just to add a compare and contrast to most common (so I think) polymer 9 in current use. Thanks!

(I figure difference in price could go to ammo and range time, unless these newer designs assist a somewhat new shooter to better accuracy. And I am aware it is the Indian not the arrow. But some arrows are "funnier" than others)

Camry smoother, less road feel. Accord "sportier" at expense of ride comfort.
                            Calling out all bench racers:

CBR or YZF or GSX-R or ZX?

                            600cc or 1000cc?

Sootch and MAC are great reviewers but I take the facts they presented as facts and their opinions as just opinions, nothing more. They usually, if ever, comes out and say one gun is superior to another as a fact.

You may think their preference weights more than the average Joe but many others and I do not think so. Their preference does not dictate what I like or dislike nor does it really say a gun is indeed better than the other. The fact that they prefer something only means they have their preferences, nothing more.

You have told me nothing as well.

I don't put weight on their preferences either. All I am saying is that Sootch is actually telling you something by saying he prefers VP9 over PPQ.
