Parallax Tactical did an SSE for me for a Rock Island Armory 1911 Tactical in 9mm, and did not charge me an extra fee for the SSE. Only the purchase price of the firearm.

Not sure if its mentioned elsewhere here but I just found out about Direct Action Solutions in Solana Beach. doesn't charge an SSE fee, at least they didn't for my buddy's g34 gen 4
