You and me both. I know our applications are on the Sheriffs desk waiting for review/signature as I was called last week. Still waiting for the final decision..........

Got the call, CCW approved, no restrictions.

28 Feb 2014 dropped application and had interview

3 Apr 2014 SJSD called and told me my checks were complete

10 Apr 2014 SJSD called and said I could pick up my license!

I have a question for those that have been approved.

Who have you used for your training? My interview is next week and I think I should start looking into training so I have an idea if/when I'm approved.

Got the call. Approved No Restrictions. SD was good cause. Now I gotta find a course. This was the only contact I've had with them since the interview.

I am going to be going to Gary Rocke in Ione. He is easy to work with and looks to have a decent course material. He does individual or small classes and shooting is done on private land so not to many range issues to worry about. He is also on the SJSD approved list.

Actually I've been in contact with him. I may go to an earlier class. I think his next class is in May; if I must wait that long I will. I should have just taken the course already. oh well.
