Things slow down around the holidays.

I called on day 93 (early Nov) and was told that I was clear, but my app was being circulated for the various signatures required. I got my call 3 weeks later first week of December.
Remember, 2 days off last week, one day off 2 weeks before, vacations, etc....
A lot of people take the whole week of Thanksgiving off.
