Why? Perhaps it's because you are the one violating the rules harassing another member.

You are making the assumption that 38Special and Lady Ruger are the same person, what are you basing that on?
Have you compared IP addresses? Locations? User Profiles?

I check for duplicate accounts, verify locations, verify email addresses and more.

It will have links to some YouTube videos and forms. You should get the email about 90 days before your renewal. If you are already in your 90 day window, send them an email saying that you just wanted to make sure they have your current email. Wouldn't hurt to let them know what your expiration date is.

My renewal is coming up soon and I checked online saying I need to wait for a email to a YouTube link? Has anyone gotten their renewal I’m 2021 and I’d so what are the process?

I been checking my email few times a day, didn’t receive anything from them.

The SBSD CCW unit will email you approximately 3 months before your permit expires.
^If they do not have your current email, then you will not be contacted. So, you need to email them when you are within 90 days of your permit expiring.

The email will contain instructions on how to renew and provide links to the private videos.

Once you receive the email, you can start the renewal process.

I have been trying to get the attestation to YouTube for a while and can not get any help and have less than 25 days till expiration date. I'm stuck with all papers complete including money orders.. I'm feeling like I'm in panic mode trying to fix this. Any suggestions?
