Glad to hear they are catching up. Most of us a year or two ago were 13 months from app to class, sounds like they've at least cut it in half.
Buy made in USA whenever possible.

If you've never been married or in the service you can forget about 5 & 6.

If your original birth certificate is certified with the country seal embossed in the paper you are good with that one. If it's not certified you'll need to get one from the county you were born in.

You will need to provide proof that you live in San Bernardino county. To do this you will need to provide a utility bill not more than 3 months old (though I could be wrong on how old it can be).

If you're a renter you'll need your rental agreement. If you're a home owner you can use either your tax bill our your mortgage bill.

If you haven't applied I would recommend that you do that first. You will have several months to get all your paperwork together.

        Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I have applied I just wanted to make sure I do everything correct.
As for the Renter's Agreement/tax bill, I currently am a living in my father's house while I am taking some classes near here. I do not pay rent or anything.
And to clarify, I absolutely need 1,2,3 and 4 at the same time, right?

            Correct.

Though if you're still living at home I'm not sure what you're going to need as proof of residency.

I'll send you a pm with Sarah's number. Call her on Monday and explain to her that you live at home and ask her what you'll need to provide for proof of residency.

Thank you for the help, and as for my birth certificate I don't think it has a county seal, it just has a seal for the City of Houston Texas

That may work. Tell Sarah that too when you talk with her.

Have your father create a rental agreement.

I'm not saying this won't work for you, but when I did my interview back in November the first thing the guy asked was if I lived at home with my parents (likely due to my age, 26). I don't, but he proceeded to say that so many younger applicants try to apply while they still live at home. I think he was implying that they either won't or don't like approving applicants that live with their parents. Just a heads up for you.

Talked to an investigator and he will call me in a week or two for an interview appointment. Said it shouldn't be as long because they don't get as many applications as SB.

                        Lets see how it goes.

Question regarding residence history and employment history. What if I can't legitimately remember the information?

Example 1: for work I lived in a house for about 6 months, before moving back home, which was 10-15 years ago. So I don't remember the address.

Example 2: I had two clerical jobs in different medical offices 15-20 years ago, I don't remember the employer name or contact information, it's been so long.

Example 3: in my last job, before my current job, the corporate office moved location, and changed contact information. I do not know their current information.

How would I address this on the application and employment history form?

                            Thanks for your help.

If I remember correctly they are only asking you to go back 10 years on work history and addresses. So I wouldn't even worry about those old addresses and jobs.

As 38 said do some research. Google is your friend.
