Does your new permit expire two years from last night or two years from mid April?

    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I did an address change and the DMV COA print out is good as long as you have bills and such as well with that address..

Was this also by appointment, or did you just walk in 90 days ahead?

          That's nice.
We've always been concerned about gradually losing a couple of months every renewal period... looks like that's not the case.
So your permit states date of issue 2/21/2017 and expiriation 4/15/2019, or do you need to carry your old permit (and old guns) until April?

The paperwork had the instructions, but you just walk in to drop off the renewal forms.

                Nice.

I figured there would be a wait since there is a brief interview.

No wonder they're too busy to process new apps with all of the renewals they must be doing!

Sounds like OC is a nightmare right now... renewals are being granted but they aren't clearing until after expiration.

Congrats Tony!! I know the feeling. My range is 3/18. It seems like they've sped things up. I waited almost 6 mo for background completion. Looks like they may be back to the 90 day wait. But now that they don't have AVGC it looks like the range dates are getting pushed back further.

Hey everyone, was just wondering if there was a place preferred on here as to where I can get forms notarized for the ccw process.

Thanks for the info. Just to confirm, it's only the one form that needs to be notarized, correct?
