What does this mean? Will they conduct interviews in Palm Desert in addition to the Riverside office?
Hopefully this could speed up the backed up interview dates..?

A friend was issued an interview date of April 29 this evening.

any new applicants here? I applied about sept 26 i think. My original interview date was 4-22-21 ive gone back to reschedule many times and worked it all the way to 10-28-20 this month!
Now its so soon i dont know if i need anything else at this time other then uploaded required documents.

As long as you've uploaded all the docs they ask for you should be OK. The interview is very short and friendly. The BI will tell you if you are missing something. Make sure to upload 2 different docs proving your Riverside residence. For me it was an electrical bill and my car registration. Take the CCW/qual class at BCTC before your interview and schedule the Live Scan appointment on the same day right after your interview if you want the shortest processing time.
