I did my livescan at the Sheriffs dept, and never got a sheet or any piece of paper with that information.Comment

All communications from the BI were by email in my case. My advice is to be patient, I know it's not easy to wait, but they are working on 100's of renewals, modifications, and initial applications, they will get to you! When you least expect it; most likely!Comment

I received both a phone call and email notifying me that it was available for pickup.

Congrats!Picked up mine from BCTC last Friday. Thank you Riverside Sheriff Chad Bianco and the entire RSO staff for making the process streamlined and very efficient. You've definitely earned all my family votes in 2022!
Here is my timeline (39 days):
* Online Application - 9/1/20
* CCW Class/Qualification - 9/19/20
* Interview - 9/23/20
* Live Scan - 9/23/20
* FBI Check Completed - 9/23/20
* CA Check Completed - 9/24/20
* Firearms Check Completed - 10/3/20
* Additional Doc Uploaded - 10/8/20
* Approval Email/Final Payment - 10/8/20
* Permit pickup - 10/9/20
How was your turn around so fast? I just started learning about the CCW process and I've seen interviews scheduled for 2021.Comment

Curious about the livescan. Do you have to call or email to schedule it for the same day as interview or do they automatically do it? If so who do i contact to schedule? Thanks!Comment

I guess I got lucky because my investigator said they were doing livescans that day and they usually don’t. He asked if I was interested in getting it done now. Only cost $10 at the sheriffs station. There are many other places where you can get it scheduled but only the LE offices are that cheap. Places like postal annex will charge an arm and a leg.
Call your local sheriffs office or where ever your appointment is at and ask about livescan appointment.
You could specifically ask for someone who does the livescan/ finger prints.Comment

I had mine done a couple of weeks ago and I had to schedule it myself. Just pick a station from the attached approved list and call them to schedule an appointment. Then take the Live Scan form given at the interview to them to have your fingerprints taken. I did mine at:
