My experience with the whole thing was that the DOJ Hotline was just put in place to appease a policy. I don't think it changes. I ended up calling OCSD about once a week or so for an update. They told me before the DOJ line updated... I still think it's still processing via DOJ Hotline... And I've had my permit for a while now. lol

I had my Live Scan done 3/15/16 with the phone response still showing in progress for FBI and DOJ although when I went in for my interview in early June I was told that they had received the Live Scan results and even went over the firearms listed in the results to ensure my CCW items were on the list.
At this point I am still waiting for approval on my hopeful approval from OCSD but continue to keep my fingers crossed.

I guess I should have started my Renewal a few months ago but didn't check till now because I remember being told 90 days!!!

Anyone want to help me articulate my GC ideas?

It seems like LiveScan went from 12 weeks to 16 and now 18+.
