6 weeks in from submitting my proficiency tests, the last step.

Two weeks in from when LASD reached out to tell me they still needed a copy of a utility bill and a marriage certificate coz it was in the name of my wife.

1.5 years in from my original application, August 2021.

Sure hope I get it soon.

Any updates from the ones who are waiting for the call for the interview for the month of July?

I submitted mine to the local SD and waiting for the call.

Just got back from my live scan appt. The lady there has been doing this a while said she sees a lot of live scans for CCW. She took a guess that most coming in right now waited 10-12mon before getting the call for interview.

I got the call about two weeks prior.

For those of you who applied, what was the main form of contact? Telephone or email? I submitted my application but I realized that there is no where on the form where you can provide your email address. I see since people are getting contacted via email. How were you able to provide your email address to LASD?

You give your email either on the phone when called to schedule interview or at interview later.

I finally called the CCW dept. They said that its in final review with the Lieutenant which was handed for review on March 16th. Strange because i handed my cert of completion in November.
Do you think its because none of my guns are on the Roster? They used to be but no longer available to buy in California.

Anyone get calls to pick up recently? I see 1 or 2, seems like it's slowed down from a few weeks ago 🤔
