What does it matter how many clients you have. If I understand real estate, which I don't, don't you earn a commission of the total sale price?

Who cares if you only sold one property in one year. What if it's for 3 mil+? Wouldn't that set you up for a few years while you work on your next deal?

QUALITY OF QUANITY of deals.

Do you have anything to substitute your GC with?
Is Real Estate your main job?

Is there anything else you can do?
Do I need to buy a house from you right now to get your CCW and return in after 30 days?

In this case quantity obviously trumps quality. If you only sold 1 house in the past year you are not as exposed as say someone who has sold 12. They are judging it based on your level of risk. Just like every other good cause they accept the more often you actually do it the higher the risk you are exposed to.

This is the first I have heard of basing eligibility on prior sales volume. Your risk at the next open house you conduct or vagrant occupied property you enter is the same regardless of how many you have done in the past. I would try to get some further info to them before they make a decision.

Not all real estate activity results in sales. Listings get canceled; many potential buyer showings do not result in purchases. Do you have any way to show the number of open houses you have conducted? That might help.
Since you are part of a team, are you helping on other deals that do not show under your name. Perhaps a letter from other team members or supervisors describing your involvement would help.

Also, I'm curious, did you get the impression that your file was lost or misplaced and your call got it back on track or that your delay was just in the normal processing flow?

He was called by the LT herself. Asked to clarify GC. He clarifies. LT said this is not going to pass, sorry. Student mentions a credible threat with homeland security/FBI involved at his work place. This all happened post interview and submittal. LT asked for documentation. Documentation was emailed to LT 2 seconds after they hung up. LT called back in about 15 minutes after review and said she'll issue wait about two weeks.

SO THERE IS A CHANCE BRUDDER. WE JUST NEED TO UP YOUR GC WITH GOOD DOCUMENTATION. WE'VE GOT TO DO THIS NOWWWWWWWW

You should proceed and not feel bad. Include every single piece of documentation you have and your explanation for why you did not report before. A police report will be necessary, but I imagine a restraining order whether you can have it served or not, would be even better. A police report is just your side. A restraining order is a judge agreeing with you and harder for them to ignore.

They may have a hard time evaluating and distributing audio information. If you have time, I would transcribe all the audio messages and include the text of them in your report. Also include the actual audio so they can verify.

How long did your firearms portion of the livescan take? Mine took 7 days to clear all 3 portions. However one of my friends stated that his firearms portion of the livescan has not cleared even after 6 weeks.

Any thoughts?

Submitted my livescan on 12/20. CA & FBI cleared the same day and Firearm cleared on 1/15. So 25 days total.
