I've always been a long time lurker but not too much of a poster. Just wanted to give everyone an update.

Mailed in my application on 7/14/21 and just received a call today to schedule an interview!

Since your signature line shows yellow/lg GC, I'm assuming that this new threat is unrelated to the GC from your initial application. If the letter you receive is a denial, there should be, IIRC, a contract person listed. That will probably be the best person to try to contract first to explain that your GC had changed. Unfortunately, they might make you go through the process again unless these threats escalate into a more tangible physical threat (e.g. this threat actually tries to make contact with you).

So sorry to hear that .... were you told to proceed with livescan or you just did it without getting an email to do so or at the interview?

One suggestion. If this person is indeed harassing you with phone calls, you may want to file a restraining order. This will give you a paper trail of their actions as well as one for your CCW application that I hope will give you a heightened need when LASD looks at your case again. Obviously you should consult an attorney. Don't leave this to chance.
