          I would tell your investigator about it when you sit down with him/her during your interview and just clarify moving violations. If they mention anything ticket related I would just state that you have receive a fix it ticket. Let them determine if that should be disclosed or not. Throw that ball back in their court.

            The worker at the livescan place said it takes like 3 months. Let's see.

                  That's long, way longer than even pretty much the longest times posted here. I don't believe it for a sec. I do wonder if your recent DROS speeds it up somewhat. You'd think they'd be pulling the same records.

                    @Cupobutter
                    From my understanding it does not speed it up.

                      3 months is definitely way too long. She was like "I do this every day". I feel like it will be done in a week or so. I'll keep you guys updated.

                        I'm at 9 1/2 months since my application. 4 months since my interview.

                          Is the sale that you have in escrow a house that you own? The reason I ask is that you say it is a "home that we just sold." It sounds from this description that you may have gotten a license to use when you are buying and selling houses that you own for investment purposes. Is that the case? If so, I think that SHOULD still qualify, but I'm not sure the LASD would agree.

                          If the house in escrow is not one you own, but instead is one on which you are acting as a broker/salesperson, then I share the concern expressed by others if the LASD is looking at sales volume for real estate professionals. Even if you have a small volume, you are still vulnerable when you are showing the property.

                                I wish today's liberals could understand: You cannot be generous by giving away other peoples' money and you cannot demonstrate your virtue by your willingness to give up other peoples' rights.
