Ok for CCW?

I heard 38 the smallest round to use in a ccw .

There are no caliber restrictions. The ammunition must comply with State and Federal regulations. Magazine capacity is not restricted. However, the use of any magazine with a capacity above 10 rounds is only permitted if the applicant is in legal possession of such magazine.

Was able to talk to the ccw Detective Cabrera right after I saw a missed unkown caller again. Of course I was in the 🚿 again. Appt Jan 12th. Good thing cause after today he was going on 🎄vacation 😅

I did all my livescan on 9/30/21 and the DOJ site said completed within a couple of days. BUT whatever needs to be sent to the LASD has taken 11 Weeks so far.

9/30/21: Interview completed and Livescan done early w/CA and FBI completed
10/02/21: Firearms Livescan: completed
10/05/21: Emailed to officially do Livescan [6 to 8wks told for results]
11/26/21: I emailed them that 8 wks has passed
11/27/21: They emailed back “ Thank you, we will contact you when we receive your live scan results.”

The first two portions may take a few days, but the firearms portion (third poriton) takes around 7 weeks.

Well submitted my training yesterday and got the confirmation by LASD this morning that they received it. The final leg of this race is almost complete. Hopefully mid-to late January pick up fingers crossed, it would great to get a large push before Xmas & New Years, but not holding my breath on that.
