Lol that's the retail value, not necessarily what I paid. My point being it didn't help a green GC. For the immediate future people should focus on a solid yellow GC.

Tomorrow is 9 weeks since my Firearms cleared. Just over 12 weeks since my interview and Live Scan was SUBMITTED.

Seems like alot of us have the same delays out of Chatsworth. Has anyone in the thread been approved lately out of Chatsworth?

I had already submitted pay stubs, W2 etc at the interview so yes I think they wanted more information/confirmation how my job related to my yellow GC.

If I am not mistaken, I believed the rationale for this was previosly discussed; that in case of bad shooting the IA is covering thier *ss** by making sure that issung an applicant a permit would not implicate them in any way whatsoever (e.i. criminal or civil) relating to the said shooting.

With the rise in crime, especially the follow-home robberies, are any local IAs in LA County adjusting their policies for business owners at least? I know that more than 20 cities sent a letter to the LA DA demanding that they start prosecuting crimes again. I wonder if that might make them more open to letting people defend themselves.

Gascone and others will probably just give some platitudes about CRT, racism, inequality/etc and tolerance and ask to be patient, so they can rehabilitate those poor misunderstood souls that follow people home and rob them

Let's see if they are serious. Any one of those cities with its own PD can start issuing permits on their own accepting anything they want as good cause. It would be great if the folks who live in those cities would ask in public at a City Council meeting.
