If you see some of the previous posts, the interviewer had no record of any Livescan completed before the interview. And iirc, someone ended up getting a second after their interview.

Personally, I have not done anything until specifically directed to do so. Part of it is because I don't want to waste time and money and the other part is to avoid any confusion that might cause needless delays in an already long process.

Depends what your timeline is like. Did you do your interview in May as well or did you do your livescan ahead of time?

1/25 Got a call from LASD saying I needed a more recent denial from LAPD (mine was from 2015)
4/14 LASD confirmed LAPD denial no longer required
4/26 Interview Scheduled for 5/6
4/29 Livescan submitted
5/6 Interview, was told to proceed to livescan & asked about LAPD application status
5/23 Livescan completed, notified LASD
6/3 CCW unit replied "We will contact you when we receive the report from DOJ. It can take 4-6 weeks from the 5/23/21 date to receive."
6/21 LAPD denial received and acknowledged by LASD CCW unit

Well I got some news fellas emailed my interviewing deputy to let him know the proof of change of address was sent from my email that doesn’t allow emails to go through and he stated he is no longer in the CCW unit so they are cutting back on deputies until the unit so everyone needs to be patient!

First and last letter of the deputy's last name?

Next interviewee's homework is to ask how many deputies are working the CCW unit right now.
