I think he should submit his training documentation before the interview.
No one has done it yet. Perhaps it will speed up his interview. The deputy might see his profile/application with training completed. Could read it as "wow, this applicant has his **** together. I'M DEFINITELY CALLING THIS GUY. EZ interview"
I think it would be a good experiment for all of us watching. If that is something that could speed up your call time.

Nope, you've got it all wrong. Don't send the bill, send a photo of you proudly showing off the finished results. No explanation required, just send the photo. I'm sure that will get you action quickly!
I'm sure Lockdown will second this idea.I wish today's liberals could understand: You cannot be generous by giving away other peoples' money and you cannot demonstrate your virtue by your willingness to give up other peoples' rights.
