One more question. There is a requirement to list all driving violations in last 5 years. I believe I had one about 4 or 5 years ago but have no idea what is the citation number or date of violation. DMV shows no records, what should I do?

I also had one about 3-4 yrs ago. It didn't show up either on the dmv, so I just excluded it from my application since I didn't have the details. It didn't seem to matter in the end.

All right guys. As I previously mentioned, I received an email about 3 weeks ago requesting an updated utility bill. I immediately responded back with my water bill and a copy of my marriage certificate as its in my wife's name and I got an email back saying they could not open the document. I have resent it in .jpg and pdf format and they still state they cannot open the document. I am at a loss as to what to do and can think of nothing else but taking a copy down there myself. Nobody is answering my email other than to say they still cannot open the document and I do not have a fax number for them.

Any suggestions on how to attach the requested documents. Interestingly, I sent it the same way back in May and they had no problem then. I do not know what the issue is.

Did they ask for additional paperwork or did you miss any of their calls or were they silent from documents received email to call for pick up?
