If everyone interviewed at Sherman Block then the physical files with all our documentation we brought in are in the same location. But luck of the draw, different stacks assigned to different people, honest human error with things getting lost amongst thousands waiting at the final step, can easily mean +/- 60 to 90 days difference.

Youre correct. It just seems to me that each file could receive a number one submitted to ensure a first come first serve fairness. If all goes as plan I'll receive my permit in just under a year. I think thats pretty fast relative to how long it's taking other people but pretty slow when you consider how long it could take with a better process.

Anyone here did their training in Burbank on 10/22?
If so, did you guys get a call yet for pickup?
They received my training documents on the 25th of October, still havnt heard a from them.

You are barley past 4 weeks. It seems to be taking 5 or longer for the call. Or in someone's case here, going on 8 weeks. For me, it was 5 weeks

I searched this thread and did not see anything but can anyone tell me what exactly happens at Pick up?

I know I show up on time with no gun and with a Cashiers check for 120 bucks and a drivers lic, but what else happens?

Go 15 min before your appointment. It's going to take time to find parking and walk down.
Check-in at the front desk, and they will tell you where to wait.
Wait until someone gets you.

Someone will take you to a room to sign a form, go over your gun info, and take a picture for your ID.

Congratulations ��...as I say to others .. when you get your permit in your hand ..apply for your Arizona, Utah, Florida and if possible Oregon permits ..if/ when you decide to travel out of state...if you haven't done so already..they are good to have...I'm going to Vegas tommorow...and I have triple coverage when I cross the state line to nevada..

Trying to fill in application, however, all sections that need to be signed by me are crossed. Is there any proper application I can download, did anybody got in to the same issue?
