I'd recommend to send polite emails to check in if you haven't heard back:

Possibly. Each follow-up email I sent wasn't responded to. But within ~2 weeks each time my file moved to the next step. Could be no correlation. But what do you have to lose as long as you're not bombing the ccw_unit email address repeatedly like some weird stalker?

There is no specific time for pickup as it's all over the radar, so to speak; however from time of submission to the time I picked it up it was a long process.28 May 2021 CCW Application Submitted

My Friend sent a message thru the CWW portal. He received reply and was called for pickup at Sherman Block Bldg two business days later. The call came up as Scam Likely +0000000000 number.
The email stated:
Your file was submitted for final review. You will be contacted when your file has been approved and we are ready to issue your license. The minimum wait time after this last step of the process is four (4) weeks.Comment
