THANK YOU. In my mind it was something where they researched what firearms you owned and if they were properly registered. I purchased mine so long ago I dont remeber.

So even though it wasn't listed on my app when I interviewed, just bring it to the class and qualify with it and good to go?

Yes, there is a form where you list them and the serial #. The trainer will qualify you and enter those into the computer and give you back a copy. When LASD says "send training docs", that's one of the 2 you will send.

Interview 8/21. Live scan and training 9/21. 11/21 was contacted by the ccw unit to submit an updated paystub. No contact since. I don't want to bother them but now going on 9 Months since last contact. Is this standard?

I'm in the same boat, no contact since June of this year at least. All attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I went ahead with my livescan given the Sherriff stating no GC. Hopefully that'll make them remember me!

Those of us in LA City, are we screwed with LAPD? Anyone has contacted LAPD yet regarding the CCW process?

I emailed them and they just sent me the same statement that's on the website. So just keep checking the website I guess

Does any know what counts as a utility bill? Besides water, gas, power, lease agreement. I noticed it says on LASD website must be a utility bill in your name, no exceptions

Car registration card with insurance card will work.

I had just moved and didn't have an updated license yet or utility bill yet, they required me to bring in lease agreement, and change of address forms etc and the lease agreement seemed to be sufficient enough
