I'm trying to renew and the site keeps asking me to upload the files for proof of id, passport, and address which i did. Anyone else getting this issue? i tried with chrome and edge browsers and all the same thing. I've been trying exactly at 91 and 90 days before expiration and still not working. I've tried probably 20 times now and its driving me crazy.

There is a different renewal thread. Wish I could help you but I bet there is someone in the other thread who may be encountering the same issue. Hope there is a quick solution.

I can't seem to wrap my head around with this processing system, why would there be "another" approval letter needed after a PTT email? We got approved to PTT and we gotta wait months again to get a second approval? I mean if that is the case.

Im surprised you got someone on the phone! I tried calling all last week and never got anyone on the phone.

Congrats! I received my PTT in May but that means I'm probably like 3 months behind you since a ton of people applied in July 2022.
