That is the web url for the "Study Guide". It cannot be opened in a search engine. That being the case, I'm still at a loss as to how we're supposed to make the Study Guide available to the public without going broke printing off hundreds of copies??!!~

I'm curious as to how you's guy's are going to have the testee's read and/or study the Study Guide.
1. Print out a copy?? That's going to get a little expensive!
2. Read and/or study in your place of business? Not really practical!
3. Read and/or study at home, library, etc. What if no computer available??
4. ??????????????

I'm expecting that PDF will go public on 1/1/2015 same as the HSC manual today.

You don't need the full version of Acrobat to do that. Just the player will allow you to save it.

However, that still is a raw deal for those technologically impaired.

Perhaps that can be considered some form of discrimination by DOJ not making hard copy available especially now that it is needed for any firearm and not just handguns.

Personally I think it is better to have the person had hand write the answers to show that they really answered it. I would want at least some writing from the customer on it. Not that a FFL would do it, but they could already have most of the answers filled out to make it faster and easier.
