Need FFL for PPT in Chula Vista/South San Diego

I'm looking for an FFL to transfer a handgun from myself to my sister. We both live in California. I'm in the Bay Area, she's in South San Diego. Ideally she can get her HSC there, and she and I would both show up in person so she can start her DROS process, and I can drop off the handgun. She could go back after the DROS waiting period and pick it up. I see retail gun shops but they have spotty Yelp reviews for Private-Party-Transfers. I'd appreciate it if anyone has a good recommendation in the Chula Vista or South San Diego area.
