Of ****ing course. Delayed once again.
Saint Benitez might look like a young vibrant man but really this is for the best. He is in a risk group. While I'm disappointed *** much as the next guy lets just know he will be ready to rule well on all the cases lining up for his court.

Well there it is. A little disappointing, but judge Benitez has good reason.

Called it. COVID-19 had run its course in China before diminishing within a four month window. Id bet we're looking at mid July or later for operations to resume on this.
Replying to craigslist for casual encounters is like pokemon with STDs. Gotta catch em all
If Hell ever needed a operations manual all it would need is a copy of California's laws
        .

I don't know why he cannot have the hearing telephonically, as other courts are doing.

I like to assume the slap down he is going to give the state is something that must be delivered in person.

This is kinda good in a way. Gives us more time to have the cash we middle class folks probably need 😎

                Wow.. WOW

Once again we are mere days away from finally getting our day in court and it just so happens to be delayed, again and this time it's indefinitely. I am ****ing livid! Why is it only bad **** happens to gun rights? Why are we forced to remain patient while our rights are trampled and mocked openly? Benitez could have easily conducted this as he wanted, over the telephone or only using the briefs, but he decides the best course of action is to **** us?? At this rate even Duncan will be delayed for orals and it's been over a year! I am so disappointed...

I'm not freaked out over this. It is yet just another small step down the very long road we travel. I believe in the near future (six months) things will be a lot better. This also may allow a SCOTUS decision on NYSRPA to add oomph to any opinion Roger may issue....

I've got the next 3 weeks off of work because of this damned virus. I'll be happy to be go sit in an office somewhere if I get the same job as the key grip in the video.
As the great warrior poet Ice Cube once said "If the day does not require an AK, it is good."

Most likely its going to get postponed cause of the virus outbreak

Why does he need to hold a hearing? The briefs are the substance of the case/motion.

Edit: I wonder what his larger schedule looks like. Delay may be an opportunity.

Why does it have to be delivered in person? Mag Week ruling wasn't delivered in person. Why does this require in-person delivery?

Edit: A hearing is not a ruling. There is a reason Judge Benitez wants a face to face. Not sure what the reason is, but it is what it is.
