Edit: A hearing is not a ruling. There is a reason Judge Benitez wants a face to face. Not sure what the reason is, but it is what it is.

Well I'm glad Benitez wants to see the defendants squirm to get the ruling we know he should already reach. I'm sure that's well worth not hearing the damn case until July or August.

It's even more impossible to take advantage of a freedom week when the judge refuses to hear oral arguments in the damn case. This case was scheduled for January, then February, then March, now it's on indefinite hiatus. We won't hear oral arguments until summer at the earliest and we won't even reach the 9th circuit until 2022. Every day these infringements stay on the books adds another day of legitimacy.

Saint Benitez might look like a young vibrant man but really this is for the best. He is in a risk group. While I'm disappointed *** much as the next guy lets just know he will be ready to rule well on all the cases lining up for his court.

What I am saying is as follows: Open letter to the Federal Court Judges and their staff.....Suck it up and do your job! We are going to work. Police and Fire are going to work. The truck drivers who haul the toilet paper the city morons are fighting over, are going to work. I have been in Federal Courthouse many times and do not recall seeing the unwashed masses charging up to the bench hacking and coughing. Wear a M.O.P. suit, wear a gown, mask and gloves, or whatever floats your boat.....but Justice delayed is Justice denied! My God given, pre- Constitutional Rights are not secondary to your childish fears. Take reasonable precautions but DO YOUR JOB!

No offense, but if you're waiting for this to be heard right away so you can have your defense firearm......build a featureless first so you can at least have something to use.

It's quite obvious what he's saying. If next week or next month you were to suddenly need a weapon for self defense this law is prohibiting you from purchasing some of the most popular weapons in America and using them for that defense. None of us know for sure when danger will come for us so it's better to be prepared now rather than when it happens.
