I don't get that he is coming off as an expert. I think he had said he didn't practice in firearms a law when he started. He came off as a gun enthusiast that happened also to be a lawyer and was helping people to understand basic procedure and legal writing.

i think it's a call back to classical greek or roman antiquity when scholars and statesmen were also usually veterans
It's often incorrectly attributed to Thucydides, but it's actually from a 19th century British Army officer named Sir William Butler: "The nation that will insist on drawing a broad line of demarcation between the fighting man and the thinking man is liable to find its fighting done by fools and its thinking done by cowards."

At least his videos are informational. Unlike Reno's, whose videos come off as very gun store employeeish, more opinion and doom and gloom.

Can a lawyer provide a explanation of what all those means and if it affects how soon Judge Benitez will issue his ruling?

You can just read them like the rest of us who care enough to do the reading are doing.

There is nothing in them that will affect how soon a ruling will be issued.

In reaction to en banc being granted in Duncan v. Becerra, the Attorney General's Office filed a notice in Miller v. Becerra that the three-judge opinion in Duncan v. Becerra which was heavily cited by Miller's attorneys has been vacated.

Figures. Thankfully I don't think that'll make any real difference here, at least for the time being.
Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

Well I don't think Benitez is going to say, well now my opinion on Duncan is wrong because it is going En Banc.
