Whats your latest knife purchase?

Yeah, it looks like a stretched out Sinkevich ZT0456CF but a lot better to me than that model. Only bought it because it could get it below MAP as a Spyderco OpFocus member. If I don't like it when I get it, I'll flip it.

Dibs! I've been eyeballing this and like it more every time I see it.

Despite the high price, demand is very high.

$630 MSRP is a chunk of change. But I am sure the QC spec is MAX for the Taiwanese on this one.

That pretty much sums up my approach to the situation. Scott makes an AWESOME knife, but his Comms skills suck. I went easily over a year a couple times with no response to my inquiries and outreaching from him. I was tempted to flip the knife as soon as I got it for a nice profit, but the knife is so awesome, I haven't been able to so far.

Back on topic, my most recent purchases were a "like new" Spyderfly off of eBay and a just released Spyderco Drunken direct from Spyderco. Already received the Spyderfly and should receive the Drunken shortly.

One of my knife shop accounts, Williams Cutlery in San Jose, got one in today and I was the first guy in to see it, played with it for a minute and snagged it...Right place/right time...

Yeah I think ECOP is still having a pretty good knife sale.

Whatever that logo colorfill is it seems metallic because it electro etched OK... the small logo on the flip side where I didn't do it disappeared.

Turned out good, just got a little carried away using a Worksharp doing an orange peel type polish before I sanded it and got rid of it... BUBBA took over, but who cares, it is sharp, it cuts and it cost $26 hahah.

Do you have a link to that deal? I couldn’t find it on ECOP, maybe they’ve sold out?

I want to get one and suggest one to a friend that putting his bug out bag kit together, he’s on a tight budget.

You can check ebay but they sold out on Amazon... just search for SRK. Looks like ECOP sold their stock... they were $26.11 shipped on Amazon and a little less on EBAY from them... maybe they will offer more. It happens.
