The range master, whom I know and is a friend, said just let me know when I want to take a break and we'll call a CF. haha. I suppose no one wants to shoot their ammo since resupply is uncertain.

I guess I have waited to long to get a lower. When all this madness is over which multi-caliber lower do people recommend getting and what price would they go for before being marked up? I want a good quality lower and appreciate any advice.Comment

If this ammo thing keeps up, the range will be empty for quite some time. Can't find non-magnetic ammo anywhere for a decent price. Only thing available still is the surplus ball stuff that is either steel core or bi-metal. Will have to find other places to shoot other than the range.Comment

I remember buying used crappy glock mags in 1999 for $70, then $80, then no longer available anywhere that I could afford. Nice 30 round USGI mags hit $100. I started shooting a lot of .22. Still do. Still have almost all of those extremely overpriced mags for all those different guns as a reminder of how things can get scarce real quick and how it is important to prepare when times are good.Comment

Next trend, potential buyers hanging around ranges asking if current owners are willing to sell their rifles at what price. Ammo will be the new currency. Mow your lawn for box of 223, etc.Comment

Whats he gonna do with a handful of the SAME rifle??? SELL SELL SELL... CA vendors have a few more rifles available to sell than everywhere else...If you look on several east coast sites, theyre all sold out. That guy can easily flip $25000 into a nice profit if he sells to the east where the chaos is much worse. We in CA are used to being deprived when it comes to firearms but the other free states??? They have much more to loose and nothing to gain from the incident... Just the thought of perhaps having to use bullet buttons is driving them nuttsComment

If we all survive 12/21/12.. them im selling out all project builds AR/AK stuff. Supply and Demand. Most of us CGners who have tons of stuff can weather out the insanity going on. As for me, might as well make some $$ so i can buy more later when things get back to normal. I've never seen the WTB forum so bumpin and new CGners buying everything like this beforeComment
