My wife informed me that I'd better hope Jermaine Finks' car never breaks down in front of our house. I guess she likes that type... you know, tall, perfectly groomed, fit...

Yes, you CAN fit a case of shotgun shells into a .50cal ammo can.

I think i found an optimal solution for ammo can labeling.

I made this target for the NRA's Marksman pistol test. I think it's a lot better than the paper plate they suggest.

AH GOD... I'm watching the second episode on Hulu right now, and Jay Lim is the most annoying, pretentious, self-righteous character EVER. And his head is shaped funny. Just had to voice my frustration with this clown.

Regarding paintballs... they group better than 24" at 20 feet (that would be 360 MOA for those of you counting). But they're not super accurate. A very well set-up marker with premium paint is capable of minute-of-man at 100 to 120 feet, maximum. I played on sponsored / pro scenario teams throughout the '00's.

Anyway, go get 'em, Jamie. We all spotted the Appleseed patch on your jacket in the last episode. Hope you had a good time on the show. I just love your attitude so far.

                  Ditto.

You just KNOW the blue team was sitting back in the house listening to the report and thinking "Why did we have to win?"

Did you hear the mistake Colby made during the second episode? He said that the Thompson was used during WWI? It didn't even come out until several years after the war ended.

They need better fact checkers for that show. The military designation for the Thompson was the M-1928. That should have been a big clue.

Don't worry, he won't try to shoot you. He'll hit you with a golf club or a golf ball.

Remember - the show is edited to show some level of drama. I am certain they took snippets of what was actually being done and said, and we are seeing the dialogue out of context.

Hahaha, I was surprised when I heard that he had no professional shooting background, and not much shooting experience (compared to some of the other contestants) either. Golf instructor eh?

Reality shows kinda stink at reality. They know the show will get a higher rating if there is an emotional reaction to cast members so they cut and paste and commentate the character of people to create extremes.

But back to the show....I got so jealous watching the elimination round.

I have enjoyed both episodes and am disappointed that so many people find it necessary to make criticisms of the program and contestants. Jay Lim proved his skill in listening to instructions in firing a vintage rifle and earned the right to be team captain. He's a strategist and working to win (his team and himself). The personalities add interest to the show so that the audience is great enough to sustain its existence. I'm glad it was popular enough to have a second season.
