Not interested in open carrying for a political message but just because it's literally the only way she can legally have a gun on her. She works with kids so I HIGHLY doubt her company would be OK with her open carrying a gun on premise.

But if she open carried only while in her car - I doubt she would ever get attention from leos or the public. Simply put it on before you leave the house, take it off and put it in a locked container when you go into work and the same for when you come home. That way if he attempts to follow her she can drive to the police station or call the cops or try to ditch him but if all else fails she can load her pistol and defend herself.
If you/ she is that scared, just leave and the issue is resolved, otherwise, If THEY are going to get you., then they WILL no matter thw ccw etc. AND you might hurt an innocent in the process, so catch them with the cops/P>I> or move or kill them

1st thing, do not post any pictures of your wife on the internet.
Write down all the date's, time's and places this guy showed up.
Write down all the information that you know about him.
You and your wife go down to the police department together and
      make a report.
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

        What kind of club?
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.

I think you went wrong by not letting dude know where you stand.
Charm will get you killed, you need to get some training and she needs to also. Krav Maga is lethel if used in the proper manner.
Document everything, if she is tailed, get on the horn. Let your neighbors know also. If he follows her and the whole neighborhood is waiting for him, he'll get the point.

I'm not going to advocate anything illegal, but how much is her and your life worth?
This is big boy rules now, the past be damned. If you feel this guy is a serious threat, it needs to be eliminated.
Have you thought what you'd do if he came in through your bedroom window tonight?

this is one of the first posts that makes any sense in this weird thread. and somehow i feel that getting her a gun and having her carry it will only make it worse. A) she probably wont ever shoot the guy B) if she did it would create a bigger **** storm for her and you than just masing and tasering the ******* and calling the cops... I dont think this should be your reason to get a gun.

The police have no obligation to protect you as an individual. None what so ever.

I can't but offer a few suggestions from my own experience. While certainly my wife will get the gawking and staring, it normally stays just like that and I find it normal, she is an attractive woman for sure. She will get the usual guy in the car with the window down with the usual solicitation for a number or some wolf call. Whatever.

However on one occasion she had a stalker. He got her business card at a open to the public event. Then the emails and phone calls began. She remembered him because there was that silent off the curb creepiness about the dude. He kept coming at her under the guise as a business contact, but actually wanted romance. She told him no deal from the get go and go away/do not ever contact again, and he kept pursuing. I got enough info on him to get his full ID and the address to his office. I cruised by to verify, so if anything got worse I knew ahead of time. She suspected seeing him on the street on one day, so that evening I had a phone call with him. Told him you end it now or I will. He then sent an email with a bunch of BS pride hurt, and no more contact ever again.

As others say, I would certainly make contact - but not in person since this could turn into some lie and something could be made up to hurt you. I would have her begin a process with the police, since she can only do it and the fact he is following her home and on the street is pretty serious in potential. Take it seriously, but be careful what you do. Often a stern force presented with a way out for him is a good thing, don't corner the creep right off bat unless you are forced to, then well it's his problem for sure.

Umm actually isnt that exactly what there job is? Pretty sure there slogan is to "serve and protect" I'm not a cop apologist nor a cop hater. But why do you think people file restraining orders... and who do you think enforces them if you call and alert them that someone is not obeying their restraining order. If they see a kid skateboarding with no helmet they may not do anything about that, so in that sense they arent going to protect you as an individual. But as far as protecting you from someone else especially if you have a report filed... i think that is 100% part of there job description.

What are they swingers or is she a stripper! We know its not a MCC, Theres no reinstating if your out. Also if your prospecting you can talk to members, So I think they are in the life and one of the weirdos that wanted to play followed them home. I dont personally care what your life style is but if your that worried call the police. I just think its a far jump from what you have stated to a gun being the solution. Just doesnt seem rational for above mentioned. Plus as heated as you read about how you are for her. Someone might get shot by accident or for the wrong reason. Get a big dog! Pepper spray.
